Received my adapter, and now I don't have to worry about Porter-Cable's decision [or: worry because Porter-Cable decided to make it hard] to buy original batteries, since they are hard to get and I can use my RYOBI batteries, as I already have several. Excellent purchase!

It works good, locks onto the battery and the tools good, only bad part is that it drains the batteries, so I leave the adapter on the tool instead of the battery
The adapter works perfectly running my WEN belt sander using a dewalt battery just as if it is a WEN battery.

Adapter is a perfect fit, works flawlessly, barely adds any bulk/length to the tool. A great way to use newer/better batteries with old tools that otherwise still work great.
This is working perfectly and opening up a whole range of different tools. It's also quite low profile and adds only about an inch to the edge of the tool. It's very light and secure.
